How it works

A Structured, Evidence-Led Diesel Refund Process

Each step is designed to produce something defensible: a documented position that can be traced back to source records.

  1. Step 1

    Free assessment

We start by understanding the business: sites, activities, equipment, diesel volumes, registration position and how claims (if any) are currently prepared.

    • Scoping call
    • Information request list
    • Indicative view of the opportunity
  2. Step 2

    Diesel data review

We review supplier invoices, delivery notes, bulk storage records, dispensing records, equipment lists and contractor arrangements to see what the records can actually support.

    • Purchase and delivery review
    • Storage and dispensing review
    • Evidence gap list
  3. Step 3

    Eligibility analysis

Each litre is classified into one of four positions: eligible, eligible subject to further evidence, non-eligible, or unreconciled. Unreconciled volume is never presented as eligible.

    • Activity mapping
    • Classification of litres
    • Documented assumptions
  4. Step 4

    Claim preparation

We reconcile qualifying diesel for the claim period and prepare working papers that trace claimed litres back through dispensing and activity to the original invoices.

    • Period reconciliation
    • Supporting schedules
    • Working paper pack
  5. Step 5

    Ongoing compliance

We help maintain the data, logbooks and controls needed so future periods can be prepared consistently and verification requests can be answered.

    • Monthly reconciliation routine
    • Logbook and record standards
    • Verification readiness
