Purpose of this manual
This manual sets out how a requester may request access to records held by us in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act.
Company details
Registered company details, registration number, physical address and information officer contact details will be published here once finalised.
Records available
Records held include client engagement records, working papers, correspondence, financial records and statutory records, subject to confidentiality and legal privilege.
How to request access
A request must be made in the prescribed form, must identify the record requested, and must provide sufficient contact details. Requests may be refused on the grounds set out in the Act.
Fees
Prescribed fees may apply to a request for access, in line with the applicable regulations.
